This training was designed to assist administrative assistants in an accounting firm who are responsible for handling scheduling, client correspondence, document management, and sometimes basic bookkeeping or financial record keeping tasks keep track of emails and inboxes organized for task management. This training would be shown as part of new hire training with onboarding process.

VILT - Delivering Exceptional Guest Experiences: Skills for Success at Silver Oaks
This training was designed for a virtual instructor - led session. The session was created for new hires at the Silver Oaks hotel as part of their onboarding process. It focuses on equipping employees with the skills and knowledge to provide outstanding experiences for guests. Employees learn connects such as effective communication, handling conflicts with resolutions, and the 3 Cs to commitment to guests. The session is presented through Zoom or Teams with Facilitator working through Google Slide deck. The session includes interactive experiences to keep participants engaged.
